Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. If you receive a defective or wrong item, you must report it to us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel, late returns will be duly declined.

Exchange items must be in original condition, return unworn/unused, unopened and in the original and complete pack quantity and accessories (i.e item cannot be open, used, altered, damaged, etc.)

  • Sets: Items purchased as a set must be returned as a whole set.
  • Hygiene: For safety reasons, face masks and face shields are non-returnable.
  • Sale Items: Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Consumables Item: Food and Beverages, Toners and Ink Cartridges are strictly NOT eligible for Returns.

No Cash Refund Policy

Strictly no cash refunds.

We do not offer cash refunds for returns. If an item is defective or incorrect, we will provide a one-to-one exchange. If the item is out of stock, you may select an alternative product of the same value.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Higher Price: Top up the price difference to exchange for the higher-value item.
  • Lower Price: No refunds are provided for exchanges to items of lower value.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items that have been opened or used
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Purchased using Vouchers, Store Credits, Promotional Codes, and/or under Sales category
  • Digital products or services (if applicable)

Send your parcel via a delivery method that allows tracking. Shineup Venture will not be responsible for any lost mail.

Returns will be acknowledged within 5 business days after we receive the returned item, and processed accordingly thereafter. In general, processing for returns requests will be completed within 10 working days.

Shineup Venture reserves the right to reject your exchange or return request if your item do not meet the above conditions or deemed suspicious.

What is NOT considered as Defective Returns?

Product’s photos are taken under professional studio environment thus may be slightly color differences from actual item.

Deliberate damage of the item in order to make item eligible for exchange.

Minor defects such as scratches, slight damages on packaging, slight asymmetry, slight misalignment of seams, or any reason that are similar in effect, are not considered as defects.

In general, ‘defects’ that do not affect the general usage of the item when use will not be considered as defects and hence, are not eligible for defective returns.

Defects which are caused/appear after handling by the customer are also not accepted for defective returns.

Note: Item’s eligibility or ‘defective’ enough to qualify for an exchange will be determined based on the discretion of Shineup Venture. Postage to Shineup Venture for return / refund / exchange shall be borne by customer.

Shipping Costs

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or we made an error with the order.

Original Shipping: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

Shineup Venture will bear to-and-fro postages for defective or incorrect items only. Please email us at info@shineupventure.com with the relevant details so we are able to proceed with the reimbursement.
